Stress, frustration, and anger often feel like negative emotions, but think of them more like difficult emotions. They are pointing you to something, and they need to be released. Rather than trying to force yourself to feel better, why not just rock out for awhile? Some might say the answer to frustration is Pachebel’s Canon over the sounds of a waterfall. Your frustration might find that irritating- so crank up these tunes and do some air-drums or light headbanging (watch your neck..).
