That's So Portland!

That’s So Portland is a multigenerational, multigenre video series that interviews local musicians in local settings. Created by Kate Beever and Emma Ivy, this series aims to bring light to a variety of styles of music and ask the musicians to discuss the ‘why’ of music on a deeper level. What makes us keep going back to our instruments, keep taking gigs, keep recording?

Each episode includes a live performance, a brief interview, a game-show style game, and a ‘reverse sponsor’ (an organization we discuss because we want to support them).
